Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new subscribers are eligible for a one-time 3-day free trial with full access to all trading signals. No payment information is required to start the trial. The trial provides the same signal access as paid subscribers, allowing Users to fully evaluate the Service before making a purchase decision.

2. No-Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Due to the following characteristics of the Service, the Company does not offer refunds under any circumstances once payment has been confirmed on the blockchain:

Nature of the service: Trading signals are digital information products that are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once received. The value of the signal is consumed at the moment of delivery.
Irreversibility of cryptocurrency payments: Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible by design. Once USDT/USDC has been transferred to the Company's deposit address and confirmed on the Solana network, the transaction cannot be reversed, cancelled, or charged back.
Free trial availability: Users are provided a free trial specifically so they can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan. By proceeding with payment after (or instead of) the trial, the User acknowledges they have had adequate opportunity to assess the Service.

This no-refund policy applies equally to all subscription plans (30-day, 180-day, 360-day), regardless of how much of the subscription period has been used.

3. Subscription Expiry and Non-Renewal

Each subscription plan has a fixed duration (30, 180, or 360 days) beginning from the date of payment confirmation on the blockchain. Your subscription grants access to the Service for the full plan duration. At the end of the plan period, access expires automatically. Since all payments are one-time cryptocurrency transfers, there are no recurring charges, automatic renewals, or hidden fees. To continue using the Service, the User must manually initiate a new payment for a new plan period.

4. Service Disruption

In the unlikely event that the Company permanently discontinues the Service before the end of a User's paid subscription period, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide pro-rata credit or alternative compensation at the Company's sole discretion. This provision does not apply to temporary service interruptions for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond the Company's control.
